By Car: 

From the M6 North or South, leave at Junction 32, on to the M55 J1 – Proceed along the M55 until you come to J3, leave the motorway here. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Fleetwood Road – A583, at the roundabout, take the second exit.  At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Ribby Road – B5259.   Continue on the B5259.  Bear right onto Lytham Road – B5259, then bear left onto Saltcotes Road – B5259.  At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Saltcotes Road, turn left onto Preston Road – A584.  You have arrived at your destination.

By Rail:

From the Preston Train station, catch a train heading to Lytham station.  From Lytham station, leave the station and a taxi rank is directly opposite.
